Honey, coconut, lime, popcorn
1 Tbsp. coconut oil for the kernels and 1 tbsp for the topping
1/4 c. popcorn kernels this will produce about 3-4 cups
Heat a pot on the stove over medium heat. When warm, add the coconut oil. When the coconut oil is melted add the popcorn kernels and place a lid on top. When all the kernels have popped, turn off the heat source and remove pan from the stove. Remove lid.
While the kernels are cooling a bit prepare the topping.
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp. honey, raw
8 drop lime vitality essential oil
1/8 tsp. salt
When the kernels are done, pour the coconut oil, honey, salt, and lime essential oil mixture over the popcorn and gently toss. Serve warm. Add more salt if needed. It’s sweet its savory salty the lime … its so good.
